“HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE IS APOLITICAL”

Forced arbitration clauses and non-disclosure agreements in many workplace contracts are stifling the voices of thousands of people who experience workplace toxicity.

Forced arbitration clauses prevent workers from filing a public lawsuit, allowing companies to cover up issues like harassment or discrimination. Non-disclosure agreements have also become prevalent in workplace contracts, preventing workers from discussing any toxic workplace issue.

Gretchen and co-founder Julie Roginsky created Lift Our Voices to eliminate these clauses and protect workers from being muzzled.

Join the mission to end these silencing mechanisms.
